Review of the Season
In July 1962 Newark Ukrainians and New Brunswick Hungarians were admitted to the league. Approval was granted for a change of ownership of Hakoah. Galicia of New York was given permission to remain idle for one year. The Baltimore Franchise would not operate.
The 1962-63 season was scheduled to start on September 16.
Ukrainian Nationals won the 1962-63 ASL championship.
